Christmas in July Craft and Basket Bonanza to Benefit the Wounded Warrior Project

Crafters and Direct Sales people of assorted varieties will be taking over the Windber Recreation Park and Dance Hall selling their wares for a worthy cause. There will also be several baskets on the tables of vendors for a basket raffle. Baked goods will be sold as well as some delicious food will be on the premises thanks to Rhoad's Roadhouse Bar-B-Que! And of course I will be there painting faces!

A percentage of the sales from vendors, baked goods, and food sales, in some cases 100% of the sale of certain items will be donated to the Wounded Warrior Project!

Come out and support a worthy cause while getting a head start on your Christmas Shopping!

Miners' Memorial Days Festival in Windber, PA

I'm happy to announce that I will once again be painting faces at the Miners' Memorial Days Festival in Windber, PA this year!  This even will take place on June 12, 13, 14, and 15. I will be painting faces on Saturday and Sunday, June 14 and 15. If you have some new face paint designs that you'd like to see available please post a comment here or on my Facebook Page and I'll get to work on them!

Spring Thaw 2014

Tomorrow, Saturday, May 17, 2014 the Spring Thaw Event hosted by Big Rubbers (it's a tire thing) will kick off at 9:00 AM! They will have a variety of activities for the whole family. And beginning at 12:00noon I'll be painting faces right next to the bouncy house!

I've even come up with a few new face painting designs for the event!

Spring Fever!

It's been a quiet winter, but contrary to what a certain groundhog has to say I'll already thinking spring! In already checking into venues for this summer and getting emails about possible spring craft fairs! Looking forward to what this face painting season will bring!

Masquerade!

I had an awesome time painting a few faces for a masquerade party last night! I also added a photo of my daughter's spider wed mask too!

Potato Fest

A few weekends ago I had the pleasure of painting faces at the Potato Fest in Ebensburg, Pennsylvania. I got to try out some new designs and some old designs with custom color. The neatest experience was seeing how many people requested the design I put on my own face. I had ordered a one-strike split cake thinking in was blues and when it arrived it was actually purples. So, I just experimented with it and painted a totally new design on my own face and to my surprise it became one of my best sellers that day!

Halloween Ideas

Halloween has always been one of my favorite holidays. I have always enjoyed the idea of being able to dress up as somewhere or something entirely different for a day. It's the one day of the year you can be a super hero, a princess, a doctor, or a rock star and have everyone else call you that too. What is even cooler about it is that it gives children a chance to conquer their fears. This night they can be the scare zombie, vampire, werewolf, or whatever else they imagine goes bump in the night. So, in the spirit of Halloween I came up with a few designs.
